1 1/2 cup chopped pickles (bread and butter pickles)
1 or 1/2 cup pickle juice (from the jar)
1 large purple onion (chopped)
1 1/2 cup mustard
1 stick butter
1 cup to 1 1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
Peel and cut potatoes, wash them. In large pot fill with water and put potatoes in pot. Cook ubtil potatoes are fork tender. Mean while while potatoes are cooking in med pot cook eggs for about 15-20 min. Peel eggs and mash them with a potato masher. set aside. Drain potatoes and add butter and milk. mash like regular potatoes. Add mayo,mustard,salt and pepper,onion,pickles,pickle juice,and stir. Then add eggs and stir agian. Serve warm or refrigerate overnight for best taste. Enjoy!
