Super Milk-Chan is quite possibly the strangest anime I've ever seen.  The animation looks as if the creators of Ren&Stimpy had a hand in it (and then it was twisted and deranged even more by some crazy asylum tenant).   Never-the-less it has been classified as HyperCute , by me of course, and here it is.  *Word of caution* this anime may not be HyperCute to you, it has violence and other bad things.  But just look at the main character and besides anything this wacky deserves a nod of recognition.</div> <div>      Almost every review I've read for this title goes something along the lines of this, " What have the Japanese done to deserve this,  a crazy cartoon about superhero girls, that is so wierd you may just ask yourself, 'What was the animator of this one thinking or <I>doing</I> when he made it?'  ."</div> <div>      Oh! Super Milk Chan is actually a sequel to the original Super Milk Chan which ran on the Fuji Network back in 1998, or 1999 I can't remember.  To all you Americans the story will most likely scream out Powerpuff Girls as soon as you see it.  The story is about a superhero girl who, when beckoned by the President races out to defeat evil monsters and villians.</div> <div>      Here goes some of the strange things you can expect to see in Oh! Super Milk-Chan.  A living Bong, Strange items on the President's Desk (like pleasure toys and such), really weird things happening outside the windows,  and once the Klan shows up with a guillitine to chop off the President's head, farting robot's, and more wackiness than you can wave at stick at.</div> <div>      The original cocept, design, and direction of OH!
