Senior Sergeant Lance Rorke replaces Senior Sergeant Dave McCall (Scott Burgess) as the diver's boss in the 2000 season.

Rorke is a pretty straight up-and-down guy with a bit of a past. He's a good guy who likes what he does and looks out for his divers.
