Rachel Goldstein's working partner, in his mid 40s, married and divorced twice, no kids.
Frank grew up in the Rocks district of Sydney. All the male members of the family, as far back as anyone could remember, being wharfie's. It was a great shame for his family when he joined the Water Police, the wharfie's traditional enemies. When his younger brother, Kevin, joined the Police too, they were mortified. The third of the Holloway brothers, Jimmy, keeps the family tradition alive and drives a crane on the wharves. Jimmy won't even talk to his two brothers.
Frank Holloway leaves the show in the beginning of the fourth season, he sails away to Venezuela.
