25 year old Tayler is Helen Blakemore's niece, the daughter of Helen's brother Bruce Johnson.
Tayler has tried to join in the Water Police for three years, and eventually made it. She's very devoted to her work, loyal, and works hard. All her collegues think she's doing a good job.
She has always looked up to Helen, and is very disappointed when she realizes that her auntie Helen doesn't think she's up to it at work.
