Tommy grew up on the water with his dad, Fereti Tavita, working as a trawler fisherman. This sometimes puts Tommy in a conflict of loyalties between his police duties and his father's work. Tommy knows the Sydney harbour like the back of his hand.
He's the senior member of the boat crew.
He's a thinker, and he never jumps into any situation without thinking twice.
Most of the time he's on board the "Nemesis", but like his collegue Gavin Sykes, Tommy has also been called to investigate.
