News updates April 4, 1999: Yesterday's show went really well. Everyone there played really well, and the kids treated the place with a lot of respect. We played 4th, and there was a good response to our set, so I suppose people liked us! We sold out all of our merchandise: 5 tshirts, 4 tapes, 2 patches, and 8 neckties (don't ask). We have yet to decide what to do with the money, but it's definitely going to be put towards something useful, like an amp, or studio time.

March 26, 1999: Well, tonight we played at the UFI in Haverhill with Article 15 and the now-defunct Lewinskys/Deferens. It was an okay set on our part, we played our usual stuff plus a few covers ("fuk shit up" by blatz, "right now" by Naked Aggression, and "TV Party" by Black Flag). We messed up a few times, but the damn mics were turned down so low no one probably even noticed...ANYWAYS, from the feedback we got, I guess we played pretty damn well! And, I must admit, Ms. Dennig did a fine job at her first performance, and Bizzatch was able to remember the words to "Ignorance" (a first), backed by the one and only Dennis Murder of Thought Police fame on bass. Well, that's about it for news thus far. The Nun's Hill show is next weekend, and we are all completely excited about it. My only concern is the turnout...SO FUCKING BE THERE OR I'LL BE POOR!

February 16, 1999: Okay, first off, we have a show coming up the 27th of March at the Ipswich YMCA with: Indignation, the Crudmuffins, Beasts of Amerika, Fallen Short, the Thought Police, the Lubricants, the Friggin' Idiots, and more. 2-7 pm, $5.
Also, we have patches made of the circle logo that will be available at the show or on request for 50 cents. Our 3 song tape has been recorded for PFD's compilation, For the Benefit of a Nation....or its Destruction, and we need only to send it in.

February 20, 1999: Also, we are in the process of setting up a show at Nun's hill in our very own town of Groveland, most likely on the 3rd of April. Of course, all of the PFD bands will be playing (hopefully), as well as everyone's favorite Essex County bands, and perhaps, (dare I say it...) :30 Seconds Over Tokyo!!!

....and, speaking of Essex County bands, we'll hopefully be setting up a compilation of the best bands in the Groveland/Haverhill/North Andover/Georgetown/etc. area. It will be called "This is Essex County....not Lowell."

Okay, yet another tidbit of news for you. Last night, I (that being Adam) was interviewed by Josh from the This is Boston, It's Our Home zine. It should be posted up there soon, so keep a watch for it!
