City Trying to Understand Computer Catastrophe
After spending over a million dollars on a computer system that never worked, city commissioners are trying to decide what to do.  The computer system purchased by Fly-By-Night Computers never functioned properly.
"It was my brother's best friend's company," said commissioner Goodole Boy about Fly-By-Night.  "He said he knew something about computers, so we went with them."
The city is now considering spending $850,000 of the taxpayers' money on a new computer system.  They are hoping to buy computers that actually work.
