This week we learned about the changes from version 7 to 8. Wow! While many of the functions work the same way,
everything has been reorganized in a more logical manner. While this will be great once I learn it, right now
it's a bit frustrating.
Basically, if I can actually find it, it no longer works the way I expect. (grin)

Here's something I stumbled across while playing with the new interface. Fill floods can now be applied in
different ways. I fill flooded the matting around the image with Animal Zebra pattern. Then I fill flooded each
of the stripes (separately) with the original image using the new tools options. This gives stripes that are color co-ordinated to the image. Cool!
I was fighting with the new Materials Palette, though. The lesson did clear things up for me and I'm no longer
cursing it. It isn't easy to use yet, but I will get used to it in time.
All is not well in PSP Land, though. There are some things that I just can't figure out. I'll post these on the message
board.
