This week we learned the various functions of the palettes in Painter. Then we did our first image. Now, don't laugh... but here's mine. In case you weren't able to tell, there's a man, a dog, and a rooster in there, as well as some background foliage.

In addition to learning the new program interface, I'm also getting used to a graphics tablet - a Wacom Graphire 1. I think mine must be defective - look at the sad little drawing it produced. LOL
