2 lbs. mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
2Tbs butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
1 can crabmeat
1 pkg. herbed breadcrumbs
1pkg (2cups) shredded sharp Cheddar
Remove stems from mushrooms and place caps in 9x13 pan. Sautee 1/2 onion in butter. Add 4 oz. cream cheese.
Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Mix in bacon and 2C breadcrumbs. Fill caps. Repeat, substituting
crabmeat for bacon. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
