1 pound fresh edible mushrooms
Any favorite gourmet jar marinara sause
1/2 pound grated mozzerella cheese
Clean mushrooms (use a dry paper towel) Remove stems.
Chop the stems fine and cover with marinara sauce.
Place 1 dollop marinara mixture where stem was on each mushroom. Cover
top of each mushroom morsel with cheese.
Bake on cookie sheet in 350* oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
