8X12 baking dish

Crisco

1 very large can of fruit in heavy syrup (I like cherries and raspberries but most people prefer peaches, etc...)

1 box yellow cake mix (the cheapest you can find)

1 cup butter (melted)

grease baking dish with crisco

dump fruit w/syrup into dish

dump cake mix on top of fruit

drizzle/dump melted butter on top

bake....350 degree oven for 20-40 minutes {until top is bubbly and golden brown}
