Butter, Shoyu, Salt & pepper to taste
sliced onions
sliced tomatoes
sliced zucchini and any other veggies you like
Get a whole, cleaned fish. Place enough aluminum foil in a baking dish to
accomodate the fish. Place fish in dish. Place pats of butter along the top of the fish, maybe 1/2-1 inch apart (depending
on how much you like butter). Throw veggies over the fish. Pour some shoyu over everything, maybe enough to make a thin layer
at the bottom.
Close foil; puncture to allow steam to escape.
Bake at 400° for 30 - 45 minutes.
