6-8 medium baking potatoes
One 14.5-oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 Tbs. prepared wasabi
2-3 cloves minced garlic
Pinch rosemary
2-3 dashes white pepper
salt to taste
First cut potatoes into quarters (skin on or off-preferably peeled) then
steam ususally 6-10 minutes-depending on type of potatoes. Then mash potatoes,add half stick butter while adding milk, Then
add all other ingredients and mix well. Last, sprinkle parsley flakes and serve.
