STARFLEET RANK STRUCTURE : Listing of the current Rank Insignia for both Officers and Enlisted staff used by the Starfleet.

STARFLEET MEDALS AND SERVICE RIBBONS : For centuries organisations such as Starfleet have acknowlegded the service of it members, by issuing Medals and Service Ribbons. Worn on their dress uniforms ( under their Comm badge ), these awards recognise the bravery and duty of the recipantants. ( Conjecture - Service Ribbons seen in Star Trek Feature Films 11 - V11 )
