A sail training experiment

  Stephanie and Chick Gallagher started a sail training school in the 70's.  I participated during the spring of 1978. We traveled from The Galapagos to Moscow together.  We sailed two different tall ships.  The Ariadne, a 219' three masted sloop and The Phoenix, a 89'  brigantine. I often wonder what became of the program and the other students I traveled with.  I've created this web site in hopes of finding out whether any of you are still out there.  Have a look at the photos from way back when.
