Hanging Up is about a family whose means of communication is through the telephone. The three sisters, Eve (Meg Ryan), Maddy (Lisa Kudrow), and Georgia (Diane Keaton) keeps in touch all the time, even at work. Everyone relies on Eve such as asking favors and keeping their dying father (Walter Matthau) alive. Eve's already fed up with everyone relying on her. Sometimes, hanging up is right thing to do.
