　　　　這是由法國巴黎工商部（Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry）經營的管理學院，一九八七年開始招生以來，每年大約收二、三十名學生，其中外國學生的比例被控制在百分之三十。目前全世界該校的畢業生總數還不到五百人，這個數目是美國隨便一個 MBA School一年的生產量。

　　　　此校MBA修業一年，課程與訓練以國貿為主，百分之六十的課程討論國貿的理論與實際，百分之二十五討論歐洲市場，另外百分之十五實地參與歐洲的企業運作。每年十月份入學，申請截止日期是同年七月十五，整整十二個月的課分成四學期，下面列出每學期的課程內容：

〔TERM 1〕　European Industry; European Institutions;Foundations of International Business; Comparative Accounting & Reporting; International Finance; Orgranisational Behavior。

〔TERM 2〕　International Marketing; International Negotiation, Industry Analysis; Compa- rative Business Law and Taxation; Managing Money in Europe, Europe & other Key Markets。

〔TERM 3〕Managing International Operations; International Strategies; Pan-European Marketing; Elective in International Management; Culture and Management; International Business Simulator。

〔TERM 4〕European Project Commiss- ioned by CEO of a European Company。

　　　　入學資格以大學商學或相關科系的畢業生，具三年以上工作經驗者為佳。此校以英語教學，入學除了要考GMAT，還要TOEFL成績。近年申請者平均七個人中只錄取一個，錄取率不到百分之十五。學費 Fr$90,000，生活費約Fr$80,000。此校在英國牛津、德國柏林、西班牙馬德里都有教學據點，授予歐洲國貿碩士（European MBA in Int'l Business）學位。
