My EVERLAST "Concert" Reviews


  • EVERLAST/2 SKINNY J's -Winston-Salem, NC @ Ziggy's -November 7, 1998...

    It was a two hour trip to the concert, but well worth it... I have to start out by saying, if you've never seen Everlast in concert, then your missing a great show!!! Nobody rocks the mic like E! The show here was in a small house! At this show, here at Ziggy's, everybody was feelin' him...before the show even started, it was tight...you could hear people chanting the Whitey Whitey Ford intro! The show started and he kicked ass, I could remember everytime he ended a song, and everyone got quiet, that's when I yelled! I already had my drink on, but twice, while E was playin', someone lit up joints, and the whole place was smokey, and smellin' good!!! The whole night, was tight! People were moshin' and shit! After the show, me and my girl snuck backstage...I saw one of the White Folks, was letting some females, backstage, so I grabbed my girl, and we snuck backstage, behind them! It was tight...I shook the man's hand, and got him to sign my T-shirt! I was taking pictures like crazy, and I've added a few, look for them below, below all the rest of these reviews....I've got one sweet pic, that E is pointing, and lookin' right at me, during the show...the shit's tight!!! E said when I was backstage he saw me! I gotta say, everyone, if you get a chance go and see this mug at a show, he kicks ass!!!   • EVERLAST/LENNY KRAVETS/BLACK CROWS -Raleigh, NC @ Ampl. Theatre -May 19, 1999...

    I still say, if you get a chance to see E, go! ...but unfortunatly, E didn't play much here this night... The only reason I came to the show, was to see EVERLAST, but he only played 15-20 minutes, tops! 4 songs! The place was packed, and everyone was feeling him, yo, he even cracked a joke, that had everyone trippin'! Also, unfortunatly, I had lawn seats, way in the back, so he looked like a lit' dot. So I was kind of ill. That's why the first show I went to, was more meaningful, read the top review, after this one.. Anyways, I definatly left after the show...

    I'll look forward to the next show, hopefully next time, he won't be the Opening Act. Eventhough he sounded good!!!
