How to make a webpage

Reynaldo O. Joson, MD

There are two easy ways of doing a webpage, one using Microsoft Word, the other using Microsoft Frontpage.

Using Microsoft Word,

1.    Type in your article or page. For standardization in the OMMC Surgery, use "arial" font, at least font 12.

2.    Put the necessary link using the "hypertext link" in the toolbar.

3.    Click as "save as" in File.

4.    Type in filename. Always in lower case. Underscore can be used.

5.    Type in title of page. The title is not case sensitive.

6.    Save as "webpage".

To edit a webpage made from microsoft word, click on "File" then "edit with microsoft word for window."

Using Microsoft Frontpage, follow the same steps as mentioned above. Omit step no. 6. Preview your webpage by clicking on "preview" at the bottom of the page.

To edit a webpage made from Microsoft Frontpage, click on "File" then edit with microsoft frontage.
