Ajay Paul Singh, better known as dj A.P.S. The most downloaded bhangra dj ever. He creates remixes and beats that have attracted worldwide attention by his original sound, detailed composition and rugged sound. Music experts alike are all taken back with his ability to create ear candy with his detailed and strategic mixes. Just when bhangra remixing music was dying from repetition and lack of originality, A.P.S. created something unstoppable with a new hard edge bhangra style with loud hiphop beats and his rap vocals. It is safe to say the material is still ahead of its time! Now been djing and producing well over 10 years, A.P.S. is bringing music that is refreshing and unheard of. It is not you're average repetitive tracks of 16bars and so on and so on.

Call him the dj / producer/ rapper/ remixer/ songwriter from Brantford Ontario Canada. When he first started releasing his remixes on the net for promotion, A.P.S. gained recognition very quickly and was grateful.the only disadvantage he experienced was fans needed to put a face to his name, they wanted to know who this man was.and that is when importers began bootlegging his songs from the net and releasing them. However, from Releasing song after song for masses to appreciate over the net, it showed love for his Art and the world had taken notice. With time, the audience got to know the real Big 6"3 dj A.P.S. Now dubbed "North America's Greatest DJ" in any event he djs, he is quickly becoming a household name, with a following growing with each one of his releases and performances. In person he is very intimidating but humble and friendly...however in his songs he's nothing similar. No other dj can capture the excitement the way A.P.S. creates and performs his music. Whether if it is on stage or in his studio, the deep bassy voice is heard and now always recognized. Now at age 24, A.P.S. produces each track as if its his last with its own introduction to start it off.....its a musical event all combined in one. Unlike most dj's who sample, he feels there is more to be done than just taking hip hop breaks. He is eager to colaberate with more and more artists for a chance to work in a variety of different musical styles of hiphop, R & B, bhangra, or classical.

Now working on his 5th album A.P.S. will guarantee it will be something that is unheard of, with featured tracks from the duo Electrick Crooks. It will contain more rugged hiphop beats with massive old school & new school Punjabi vocals....also dance tracks for the up-tempo lovers, but the style will be uncategorized. The first single is titled "THE ONE" ("music is music, if something sounds good I will use it, whether its rock, rap, country, bhangra, or opera, anyone can sample but its how you use it")

A.P.S. is not a new name to the scene. He has released an album with his brother the Indian Tiger released by DJ Sunshine back in 1995 called "Unlocked". The second album "GOT THE WORLD IN FEAR" was in 2000. The album was his first attempt at mixing jungle/garage, and it couldn't have been better. He has recently released "Raising Dhol" 20 track album which has raised the ante in the scene. He has now in the works of finishing his latest album....Music fans are counting the days until the release. The tracks are updated and always played at his shows.

Now aside from remixinghis ongoing project and his first love in music is rapping and production where along side brother Mr. Tiger have recently completed there album with video released. The "Electrick Crooks" as the band calls themselves. It's sure to stir the same hysteria his mixes are causing.

Dj A.P.S 's studio is an impressive collection of equipment. .From the Ensoniq ASR -10, Korg Triton, and 24track digital Recorder, not to mention walls full of vinyl's of disco/hiphop/country/80's retro, you name it ...("I don't use computer based programs to produce my music, I'm old fashioned and I need to play my music handz on not point and click on a computer, it just seems like anyone can remix these days, the way I feel is the real talent is in original production,mc'ing, new ideas & not just placing a beat over a song ")
