July 1995 to June 1998 (3 years)	TPDA Sdn. Bhd. Group Position - Finance Manager Business - Foundation specialist, earthwork contractor, plant and equipment hiring, sale of tyres and spare parts. Group turnover - RM 100 million Mergers and Acquisitions Participated in and advised the Board of Directors in the negotiations, feasibility studies, restructuring and the subsequent mergers and acquisitions of companies and projects, to expand the business of the group. Preparation for submission to the KLSE for listing on the 2nd Board Reviewed and implemented, together with the corporate lawyers, the restructuring of the Group to ensure conformity to SC, KLSE, FIC and MITI guidelines. Co-ordinated and assisted in the preparation of the accounts, profit and cashflow forecasts/projections, market survey, legal due diligence review and the submission documents. This involves constant liaison and meetings with the merchant bankers, auditors, reporting accountants, due diligence lawyers, solicitors, company secretaries, market and property surveyors, and bankers. This requires an intimate understanding and up to date information on the industry and the mechanics of the listing exercise. Upgraded old personal computers to reasonable standards in terms of hardware, software and operating systems, thus controlling costs yet providing optimum performance.
