Watch Out Jay, Here Comes That Red Head!

(03/14/02) Boston native Jo Dee Messina stopped by for a visit with fellow Bostonian Jay Leno March 12th. She performed her current hit, "Bring On The Rain," from her recently certified platinum LP, Burn.

"Bring On The Rain" is a #1 country hit and is also currently a Top 20 hit at adult contemporary radio. It was nominated for a Grammy at last month's awards ceremony.

While in Los Angeles, Messina attended a press conference on Thursday, March 14th, where she announced the finalists for the forthcoming Academy of Country Music Awards.

She also recently completed a few dates with George Strait, including a show at The Pyramid in Memphis which broke every attendance record for that venue
