| 09/08/01 Courtesy of AMFANCLUB@aol.com Latest News I spent my summer in the studio working on a new album. It's been such a fun and exciting process, and a lot of hard work, too. I don't know what the release date of the album will be yet, but will let you all know as soon as I do. Butch, my husband, and I wrote most of songs on it. There is a song I co-wrote with Bruce Robison, a song Butch wrote alone, and one I wrote alone. I worked with a different producer, R.S. Field, this time. He is extremely talented and has produced work by the likes of Sonny Landreth, John Mayall, R. B. Morris, Scott Miller, Steve Forbert, Shaver, and Los Straightjackets just to name a few. We are all very excited about the album and I can't wait for ya'll to hear it! The new website will be up and running by October 10. It will still be www.allisonmoorer.com. Be sure to visit the site and sign up for the new mailing list! We've phased out the fan club for now, and this will be the best way for us to keep ya'll updated as frequently as possible.
