Chapter 10

"I hate press conferences," I complained.

The media had wanted to know why we weren't doing any concerts so we decided a press
conference was in order. We walked onstage.

"Arcadia why have you stopped touring. Has the group broken up?"

"No," I answered," It's just that I'm 5 months pregnant with twins so I don't want to do anything that could hurt them."

A murmur went through the crowd.

"Are they Brian's children?"

"Yes."

"Is Ashley pregnant too?"

"Yes, I'm 4 months pregnant with only 1."

"Is Nick the dad?"

"Of course he is."

"Are they boys or girls?"

"We don't know we wanted to be surprised."

After a few more questions the press conference was over. We walked to our cars.

"How'd it go?" Bri asked.

"Pretty good except people wanted to know if they were your children."

He laughed and we drove home.
