Being raised as preacher’s kids, Angie and Nella Jenkins grew up singing family harmony. In August 1994, another preacher’s kid, Brent Gregg, joined the group. All having sung since childhood, Jenkins and Company are known for their tight harmony. This group is destined to make a mark upon the hearts and lives of people across the United States and foreign countries.
The group consists of: Angie Jenkins, manager, songwriter, harmony and high vocals; Nella Jenkins, songwriter, harmony and alto vocals and Brent Gregg, sound technician, lead, and harmony vocals. Brent’s magnetic personality attracts the youth.
In June of 1995, Jenkins and Company launched a full time music ministry. Since that time, they have been referred to as the “Singing Missionaries”, touring to remote Indian Reservations in Canada as well as the United States. They have enjoyed exciting tour dates, watched their music reach national and international charts and received multiple awards and nominations in vocal, group and song writing categories.
Whether the group ministers in a church service, concert setting, fair, convention, RV park, Indian Reservation or a Bahamas cruise, you’ll find the same sweet spirit on or off stage. Their anointing and sensitivity towards the needs of their audience leaves one feeling blessed and refreshed, yet entertained.
The group has a way of bringing you into their lives. You will find yourself laughing, crying, or rejoicing. Often people will come after the service and say “I didn’t think I liked Southern or Country Gospel until I heard you! I love your music”.
The group has thirteen projects to their credit. The latest, “Collection 24” was released March 2003. They also have released two videos, as well as a concept video, “Guiding Me” to National Television.
