sst-eagle Freya

After trading my first Freya, I start to build my second Freya. There are more upgrades, which I will list later, put on the second one compare to the first. 

First Freya

I brought my first Freya from local hobby shop to replace my Quick 60 after Mission, BC Fun-Fly event. During the building period, I suffered a noise problem and cannot find the source for two months. Finally, thanks for Andy. He let me borrow a new Freya to test mine.  As several testing procedures went through, the source of problem became obvious. It was my OS 61SX-H WC, which has been repaired by hobby service but have not get a chance to test it out. Before my OS61 return from hobby service, Andy lent me his OS 61 LX and installed into my Freya. We have a great success on this engine, even the power is not enough.

We dressed a Nova-3 like fuselage on this heli and tested fly this sweet machines. It flies very smooth and fast with this canopy on (maybe is not because of this canopy.) Andy pretty likes this machine and trades an entire set of the same components (except main blades, engine and muffler) for this machine. 

SSZ-II Rotor Head

Before I tell you something more, please ask yourself a question. If you get a chance to buy a Hirobo completed metal rotor head for the same price, which one you will get? SSR-VI (Freya EX WC) or SSZ-II (Freya metal head)?
