INDEX

Spotted ladybug (Psyllabora 20-maculata)

SPECIMENS

This ladybug also has the common name of Small Ashy Gray ladybug but should not be confused with the Ashy Gray ladybug (Olla abdominalis) which occurs mostly South of Skagit county Washington. This one has many irregular spots which are difficult to count. This is a small ladybug which occurs in large numbers on the leaves of fruit trees, especially apple, where it feeds on mildew.
