    To all Organizers /Coaches of Juniors
 
    I have spoken to some of you individually about this event before. This is a further invitation to all countries.
 
    South Africa is planning a Junior event at the end of this year to promote and improve Junior UWH in the world.
 
    Proposed dates are as follows:
    23-25 Sept or
    2-7 December 2002
 
    We would like to start making final arrangements as to venues etc and would like to know which countries will be
