800 Grams Potatoes
2 Nos Eggs
200 Grams Bread Crumbs
100 Ml. Oil
100 Grams Carrots
100 Grams Beans
100 Grams Peas
60 Grams Besan
5 Grams Chilli Powder
5 G Panchphoran
15 G Salt
* Boil, skin and mash the potatoes.
* Boil all the vegetables and chop finely.
* Broil besan and remove.
* Heat oil and temper with panchphoran.
* Add chilli powder, salt and the broiled besan.
* Add the mashed potatoes and mix well.
* Dip it in egg batter and crumb.
* Deep fry in oil.
