250 Grams Chira (Flattened Rice)
200 Grams Potatoes -- Cubes
250 Grams Cauliflower -- Florets
120 Grams Gr.Peas -- deshelled
120 Ml Oil
2 Nos Cinnamon
3 Nos Cardamon
3 Nos Cloves
10 Grams Poppy Seeds
3 Nos Gr. Chilles
* Wash chira in hot water.
* Steam the gr. peas.
* Heat oil and fry the potatoes and the cauliflower until brown.
* Add the cinnamon, cardamon, cloves as well as the poppy seeds and the gr. chilles.
* Add the chira and the steamed gr.peas.
*Fry yhese for two minutes and add some salt.
* Stir for five minutes and serve hot.
