500 Grams Maida
250 Ml Water
50 Grams Rice Flour
50 Grams Ghee
5 Grams Salt
* Make a soft dough with flour, water and salt.
* Make small roundels of 30 gms.
* Flatten and roll out.
* Smear with rice flour and ghee paste.
* Roll into triangles.
* Deep fry.
