750 Grams Lau(Gourd)
100 Grams Coconut Grated
120 Grams Gr.Peas
10 Nos Boris
10 Grams Mustard Oil
2 Nos Red Chilli
7 1/2 Grams Salt
10 Grams Sugar
60 Ml Mustard Oil
30 G Ghee
* Peel the gourd, chopped fine and steamed.
* Fry the boris in hot oil.
* Add the phoron and the chillies.
* Add the steamed lau and the peas.
* Once they are tender add, ghee with salt and sugar.
