1 Kg Lamb
90 Ml Oil
500 Grams Potatoes
4 Nos Cardamon
2 Nos Cinnamon
100 Grams Onion
10 Grams Ginger
5 Grams Red Chilli Paste
20 Grams Salt
5 Ml Lime Juice
5 G Turmeric Pwd.
* Cut boneless lamb and marinate with salt,lime juice, and turmeric pwd.
* Quater potatoes and fry them.
* Heat oil, and the whole garam masala.
* Add onions, ginger garlic paste and fry till brown.
* Add turmeric and the marinated lamb boti.
* Add potatoes and water.
* Dry the gravy.
