500 Grams Flour

5 Grams Salt

5 Grams Ghee

300 Ml Water

* Add salt and ghee to the flour and make a lump.

* Add water and knead to from a dough.

* Divide into 40 gm sized balls and roll into 5" diameter.

* Deep fry.
