200 Grams Rice
200 Grams Moong Dal
10 Grams Ginger
5 Grams Aniseed
30 Ml. Ghee
2 Nos. Bay Leaves
5 Grams Salt
* Boil rice,dal,ginger, in water with salt.
* Heat the ghee and fry the aniseed and bayleaves.
* Pour over khichuri.
* Serve with papad.
