250 g potatoes

100 g onions

30 g posto

2 g turmeric paste

2 g chilli paste

150 ml oil

5 g mustard seeds

2 nos red chilli

5 g salt

15 g sugar

 

* Heat oil in karai.

* Saute the diced potatoes.

* Add the masala paste, sliced onions and the gr. chilli paste.

* Cook for five minutes and add the poppy seed paste.

* Stir fry on high heat till the poppy seeds changes to a light golden colour.
