Caroline E. Lewis was the daughter of Francis
Lewis II. He was born 26 Dec 1768 in Dinwiddie Co., VA and died 01
May 1837 in Lowndes Co. AL. (dates from his grave marker) Francis Lewis II married Mary Dixon
(Polly) Hall (who was born abt 1783).

Boyd. Edward Smith died in 1808 in Greensville County, VA. (Family
