1 ~ Growing Pains:
When Scott and Kurt use their powers to save several people from a car crash, the question of how much they're willing to ignore to keep their powers secret comes up. Professor X maintains that the world is not ready to know about them, however the other mutants, now without Mystique's guidance, has other ideas. We also meet Rogue's new friend Risty Wilde
2 ~ Bada-Bing, Bada-Boom:
After being grounded for reckless behavior during a training mission, Tabitha doesn't need her father showing asking her to steal money for "her mother". Brotherhood isn't doing so well with Mystique gone either.
3 ~ Power Surge:
Jean's abilities start growing in sudden bursts. At first she tries to ignore it, but with each burst she has increasing trouble regaining control. Meanwhile the school gets a new science/phys. ed. teacher. Risty tells Rogue to tell Scott about her having a crush on him, but Rogue declines and says she doesn't.
4 ~ Fun and Games:
A malfunction in Juggernaut's stasis field leaves the X-Men without adult supervision as Charles goes to check it out. Deciding to hold a party, the younger mutants ditch Scott and Jean in the wilderness. However, things soon get out of control when one of the guests gets himself access to Cerebro. We discover who Risty really is.
5 ~ Beast of Bayville High:
The kids get worried when the normally cool and collected teacher Hank McCoy starts having fits of animal rage. Will Evan be able to help out his teacher?
6 ~ Adrift
Scott becomes lost at sea when trying to find his brother, who was swept out by freak wave while surfing. Can the X-Men find them before it's to late?
7 ~ African Storm:
An African witch-doctor comes to the institute to steal Storm's powers while she is faced with the decision to send Evan back to his parents. We learn Storm is claustrophobic.
8 ~ Joyride:
When Lance decides to join the X-men, he finds it hard to fit in when half the students don't trust him and the Brotherhood members keep telling him what a mistake he's made. To make matters worse, he gets the blame for taking out the X-men cars at night. When Bobby, Jubilee, and Cannonball decide to take out the X-Jet, Lance and Kitty get on board to stop them. But a surprised Jubilee sparks the equiptment, and they're being tailed by sky patrol. Can they get out of the jam alive?
9 ~ On Angel's Wing:
Xavier starts worrying about the existence of mutants becoming public knowledge when the media starts reporting multiple sightings of a man with angel wings. With most of the X-men on Christmas leave, and Cerebro down for repairs, Scott and Rogue are left having to track the man down themselves.
10 ~ Mindbender:
Jean disappears, leaving no trace. After an extensive search, she's finally detected by Cerebro - using her powers to steal an ancient Tibetan ring from a Boston mansion. What is Mesmero trying to let out?
11 ~ Shadow Dance
Trying to expand Kurt' teleport range, Forge creates a device that slows down the process so they can analyze where he goes while he's moving. What they find is a hellish dimension filled with fearsome, shadowy beasts, something you definitely don't want following you back out. Meanwhile, everyone's trying to find a partner the school dance, though with mutant powers and uncertain relationships, that's not an entirely straightforward matter. Kitty tried to get Rogue to ask Scott to the dance.
12 ~ Retreat:
While Beast is taking Kitty, Bobby, Evan, and two other new recruits on a camping trip, a few hunters decide that Beast is really a Big Foot, and they plan to trap him.
13 ~ Walk on the Wild Side:
When Amara and Jean feel like boys think there better than girls, Tabitha puts together a girls crime fighting group! They get Kitty and Rogue to join them as the Bayville Sirens! No one knows who they are. But Rogues so-called best friend wants to stop them!
14 ~ Operation Rebirth:
Magneto steals the remaints of the top secret "Rebirth" project, a project Wolverine helped shut down all the way back in World War II. Captain America is showin in this episode.
15 ~ The HeX Factor:
Mystique returns to the Brotherhood, introducing to them Wanda Maximoff, her new secret weapon. Mystique begins her plans with a battle at the mall between the improved Brotherhood and the X-men. Will the Brotherhood beat the X-men for the first time?
16/17 ~ Day Reckoning Part 1 and 2:
Wolverine is hunting Sabretooth. Gets captured by an anti-mutant society(S.H.I.E.L.D.) Professor Xavier is teaching Jean to use Cerebro. Mystique believes Magneto has capture Wolverine. Professor Xavier has students in Danger Room session which they fail and he isn't happy. Brotherhood joins. Scott leaves. Wolverine goes against a Sentinal, which he loses big time. Younger kids are left behind while the others go find Wolverine. Magneto appears in a pod, along with Sabretooth, and three new mutants Gambit, Pyro, and Colossus. Mystique activates DEFCON4 at the mansion. Only Amara made it out of the mansion while others stuck outside. Only shot at, Tabitha saves her. Both girls go to find Scott. Mansion set to self-drestuct in ten minutes. Bobby tries to deactivate DEFCON4. Tabitha tells Scott about Mystique being back. The X-Men and Brotherhood move forward when one of Gambit's cards explode. Wanda discovers it's a trap and Pietro betrayed them to be by his fathers side. Magneto devises a plan for the world to know about mutants. Some were captured. X-Mansion is destroyed. Scott and the kids survived by being in Cerebro. Scott attacks Professor Xavier saying it was his fault. Bobby and Kurt hold him back. Professor smiled and said it was his fault and transforms into Mystique.
