Dimensional Tag Tutorial
Open
up a new transparent image 400 x 400.
Click on your selections tool icon  .
Make sure you have it set on RECTANGLE.
Now
draw a RECTANGLE in the middle of your image.
Now click on your FLOOD FILL icon 
and flood fill this white.
Next what you wanna do is buttonize it.
Go to EFFECTS, 3D EFFECTS, BUTTONIZE.
These are the settings I Used.
But play with them until you get something you like.
Then Click OK.
Then click on SELECTIONS, and SELECT NONE.
Add
A NEW LAYER.
Click on your selections tool icon  .
Draw
another RECTANGLE inside the other one leave a 1/4 inch gap all the way
around. See PIX Below.
Do not flood fill this RECTANGLE. Just BUTTONIZE it with the same
SETTINGS as before.
This is what mine looks like:
Then go to SELECTIONS, SELECT NONE.
Add A NEW LAYER.
Click on your selections tool icon  .
Draw
another RECTANGLE inside the MIDDLE RECTANGLE.
See Picture Below:
Do not flood fill this RECTANGLE. Just BUTTONIZE it with the same
SETTINGS as before.
This is what mine looks like:
Then go to SELECTIONS, SELECT NONE.
Then go to LAYERS, MERGE, VERGE VISIBLE.
Now click on your MAGIC WAND TOOL  .
Then go to SELECTIONS, INVERT.
Your IMAGE should look something like this:
Now go to EFFECTS, PLUG-INS, EYE CANDY, GLASS.
These are the setting I used:
Then click on the Check mark.
Then go to SELECTIONS, SELECT NONE.
This is what I now have.
You can decorate it with any tubes you want and add text.
Then resize to the size you would like it to be.
This is my finished tag:
