A Short Biography of Kellie Powell

I was born October 31, 1983. Two years later, my little brother William, an evil, spiteful little thing, was born. I had a rather uninteresting childhood. I wrote stories about fictional places and creatures. I played Nintendo with my brother. My parents fought amongst themselves until their eventual divorce. But after that, it was all uphill.

I went to Metcalf Lab School for eight years. Somehow, I survived. In the fall I will be entering my sophomore year at University High School (U-High). I'm in the Creative Writing Club and Speech Team, and last April, I was initiated into, and elected Secretary of, U-High's Thespian Troupe.

When I'm not doing homework or reading my e-mail, I'm writing. I also surf the Net, ICQ chat, and go to movies. I just finished summer school. The regular year will resume (for UHS) in late August. But I don't want to go back to school!
