Comics
manga--comic
doujinshi-- Amateur, underground manga (comic books) that often parody existing anime or manga. Usually done in small print runs and hentai in nature. They are frequently "proving grounds" for aspiring "professional" manga artists.

Mou.. ecchi!
hentai--literally means pervert, denotes 'naughty' stuff
ecchi--japanese pronunciation of 'H' Usually denotes a less intense form of hentai.
yaoi-- Male homosexual relationships, or anime or manga stories about relationships between "beautiful boys" (bishounen). Comes from "YA-ma-nashi O-chi-nashi I-mi-nashi" (No climax, no punchline, no meaning)
Shounen ai--Boy love. Another way of saying yaoi.

Titles
-kun- title for young men (i.e. Sephy-kun)
-chan- title for girls, friends (i.e. Sephy-chan.)
-san--like Mr. or Mrs. (i.e Sephy-san. formal sounding)
-sama- a title of respect. (i.e Sephy-sama.)
-jin- person, man (i.e. nihonjin="japanese person")
-tachi- and others (i.e. Minako-tachi=Minako and her friends)
