Thoughts on Aaron Carter......

Ok, who else has the Pokemon CD? I know I'm not the only one. Well, actually, I stole it from my sister... But that's not the point. Everyone knows little Carter's song, right? "Have some fun (With the funk)" If you don't, here's some of the lyrics that really just kinda worry me.

Ok, first of all, the boy is twelve, right? What's he got a car for? Second, why in the world is he popping the trunk? What does he plan to do in there? And what does the know about body bumping? I don't think mature fans and little kiddies are thinking about the same thing when he says that.

Now, I don't know about you, but when I first heard it, it sounded like a girl singing. I'm sure the same could be said for Nick, but we're not talking about him right now. So after the third or fourth time, I figured out it was Aaron, and I bowled over laughing. I'm sorry, but little kids under the age of fifteen just don't know what they're talking about when it comes to parties and love and all the good stuff that teenagers like me think we know about.

But ya know what? Despite all of that, it's a pretty good song. If the Backstreet Boys were singing it, It'd be my favorite!! It actually is my favorite song on the Pokemon album. (Sorry, Sara. But *N Sync does come in at second.) Should this be going under the Confessions? Cause that's what it feels like. I say give the child some time, and he's going to come off being a pretty good musician.
