There should be some good matchups in this dual. Brandon Ashley nearly took home the Connell Invite championship last weekend. He should be matched up against Scott Thompson who took first at the West Valley Invite. Avila and Chris Buckalew should be a match worth watching. Sergio should be in control in this match, but Buckalew is a wrestler who can take advantage mistakes. Sergio needs to wrestle smart in this one. The Bears should be able to count on at least a split of the four matches from 125 to 140 with Burns, Mack, Gonzalez and Chapin. John Coleman should be a worthy opponent for Josh Corke at 145. Kyle Nickerson will get another early season test. This time from Jamie Sehorn. Nickerson wrestled tough against Freeman of Connell. Sehorn is another state veteran. This will give Kyle a good indication of how far he has come and where he needs to go. Roos and Hunter will have good matches against quality wrestlers Escamilla and Bandle. They will need to be on their toes and prepared to wrestle.

East Valley was roughed up by Naches in their first dual, 48-27. This dual could be decided by less then 10 points.
