2ge+her
Ok, I know that NSYNC is, without a doubt, THE best "boy band" out there.  But there's always a second best, and these guys are it (hehe, that sounded like an excert from J14....scary)!!  In case you don't know, 2gether aren't really even a real boy band.  About seven months ago, MTV came out with a made for TV movie called "2ge+her", and it basically humored the whole "boy band" thing.  It talks about how there are five specific types in every succesful boy band (the shy one, they bad boy, the cute one, the heartthrob, and the older reassuring brother figure).  To know more about the movie, go here.

Liz has no idea why I like 2ge+her so much.  She's all, "dude, why do you like them...they're not even real"  No offence, I mean she's my girl and all, but 2ge+her TOTALLY reek of awesomeness, and she has no idea why.  Well if you're as clueless as she is on why I love this crunkin group, keep reading and you'll find out.

The first time I saw 2gether was when their movie was contantly on MTV about seven months ago.  Well, I took the time to watch it, begining to end, and I absolutly LOVED it!!!  Not only is it hilarious and has some fine guys in it, it mocks the whole boy band phenomena that's really big right now.  What's even funnier is how real it is.  Atleast half of the story completely relates back to nsync....it's sorta scary.  Even though they're mocking boy bands in general, it makes you wonder if they were specifically picking on NSYNC.  Well, either way, the movie rocked.

Shortly after the movie, which unexpectedly (by me atleast) turned out to be a huge success, they came out with a soundtrack.  The songs that they sang in the movie were sooo awesome, basically because they were mocking the love songs that boy bands usually sing.  ("should i let my pakage show...should I try and play it cool?";  "Say it, don't spray it...I want the news, not the weather")

Now, they have a new single out ("The Hardest Part Of Breaking Up") and a new CD out ("2ge+her Again").  Also, they have their own series that comes every Tuesday on MTV at 10:30pm (9:30c) after da real world.
