The Recreation Assn. now has a new supplier of the fish and they no longer have to skin it themselves, eliminating much of the waste , and saving time.
At the 1998 supper an estimated 800 people attended and ate over 600 pounds of lutefisk !

The Gourmet Pancake Supper is held the first weekend in Febuary and is quickly growing in popularity. A wide variety of pancakes and syrups are served by the recreation association at the Kingman Hall.
