Lt. Philips is a competent Doctor who has a true
compassion for his patients. This young man truly
cares for every crew member. I have never known him to
hold a grudge against anyone. Even after the death of
Lt.Sandy Lopez with whom Lt.Philips was romantically
involved Philips did not display any visible signs of
hatred or the usual emotions attached to one when they
lose a loved one. In my eyes Ethan Philips is a incredible
Doctor and a outstanding Officer.
