Michiru went to the arcade to meet Haruka and asked her who the two girls were (Usagi and Minako). I guess she haven't met them before yet.

Haruka (as they walked out of the arcade) : They are just a pair of cute girls, why are you jealous?

Haruka surprised: Girlfriend? Michiru?

Usagi and Minako fainted (There's no hope!)

 Michiru: Are you concerned?

Haruka soon got a bit jealous: I didn't know that there was someone brave enough to fall in love with you.

Michiru: Its not often you would get jealous....

Haruka: I am not jealous! I just can't allow you to look at anyone else except me.

Michiru: Haruka, that's jealousy.

When Sailor Neptune was trying to hang onto Sailor Uranus who was hanging off a roof after an enemy dodges into her and grabbing her hand,

Sailor Neptune:I think you have eaten too many sweets, ne?

Sailor Uranus (trying to hang on)   " I don't think I will enjoy this type of talk unless on a bed."

After betraying Galaxia, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus' bracelets are promptly removed, causing them to be demobilized and then as they were going to vanish into thin air like the other inner soldiers, they struggled to move their hands to reach each other. They managed to reach and it was no longer time for them to be together anymore. 

The two of them vanished...together....

When Haruka got sick in the TV specials, she seems to flirt with the nurse while she's still in bed!  When Michiru heard them talking, she is outside, controlling her jealousy or she angry? Haruka tries to change the subject before Michiru turns really angry.

After defeating Galaxia and many things turned back to normal, at in front of the ocean, Hotaru wished on a pasting shooting star and so do Michiru and Haruka. After it was over, Hotaru asked the two what they have wished for. 

Michiru said that she's the happiest now because she has Haruka and Michiru puts her head on Haruka's shoulder and I suppose that Haruka has wished the same thing.
