It was in the Super in episode 106 when Haruka started to recall how she became Sailor Uranus and how she met Michiru.

It all started after running a race, Haruka's friend, Elza introduces Michiru to her..

Elza introduced Kaiou Michiru, to Haruka saying that she was interested in Haruka. As Michiru speaks about her, about she can hear the wind rustling, At that time, Haruka suspected that Michiru had sensed her identity and knew that she was that person who appeared in her dreams of the world destruction.

. Michiru asked Haruka to be a model for her painting, but Haruka said that she wasn't into this kind of thing and didn't want to and walks away , leaving Michiru devastated. At that time, both of them are not studying in Mugen High School. Note the uniform.

Haruka was on a cruise ship wearing a black tuxedo, and Michiru was playing a violin. overhead some people talking about Michiru, commenting about her. Haruka soon walked got up and walked out of the room, Michiru looks sad. She walked   to a corridor which leads to a flight of steps.

Later Michiru met Haruka on the stairs. "You're famous aren't you. There is a lot of your fandom in our school. One of them wants to ride along the coastline with you in your car."

There was a big painting on the wall with waves crashing over the cities. It was called End of the World. It was painted by Michiru herself. Haruka said that it was strange that a nice gentle girl like Michiru can draw something like that. Michiru said that it's not her imagination. "I can see it my destiny, like you."

But Haruka said that she was Japan first junior racer and wanted to race and didn't want to deal with it. Haruka told Michiru to do it herself, and asked her to stop checking on her. But Michiru said that she didn't want to do it either, because she wanted to play the violin and become a violist.

At a race track, as Haruka was walking along the sideways, she heard a voice. It was coming from the garage, Haruka noticed that someone was asking for help. When Haruka got close, that person turned into a monster. Haruka was shocked and grabbed a rod and armed herself with it. She was about to hit it when the image of the boy appeared, saying, Help me!

Due to her lag, the monster took its attack at her, causing her to fall, losing the grip of the rod.  Just as the monster was going to attack, something flashed between them and a pen-like object appears in mid way makes it form slowly. It was a Uranus Henshin Stick.

Haruka was going to grab it, but a voice called out, "Don't! Don't grab that. If you grab that you won't be able to return to normal life." The stick dropped and bounced in a distance from Haruka.

It was Michiru leading on the opening of the garage door, who transformed into Sailor Neptune in a single flash, then she attacked the monster.

When Sailor Neptune managed to knock the monster off course and was going to finish off the monster, Haruka told her to stop, because that monster was really a human. But Sailor Neptune said, "If I don't, there will be more sacrifices."

Haruka said, "So you're not going to choose your ways."
Sailor Neptune said, "Yes, I'm not going to choose."

Haruka was about to argue when the monster recovered and attacked. Sailor Neptune dove to save Haruka. She suffered the injuries and used her deep submerge attack to finish off the monster.

Sailor Neptune was injured and she fell to the ground. Haruka went to her.

Sailor Neptune said, "I might have killed him. Next time I'll kill them. It's not all right, but since I'm a soldier I chose this."

Haruka said, "Then why did you protect me? If you injure your hand, you won't be able to become a violinist."

Sailor Neptune said, "I didn't investigate you because you were the other soldier. It was before I knew. I was watching you when you raced. I wanted to ride in a car with you along the sea shore. I knew more about you that yourself. I've been watching you all the time. I didn't want you to take the same road as me. But I was happy when I found out that you were the other person."

Haruka looked at the Henshin stick at a distance.

And that's how they met and how Sailor Uranus comes by. In the end, Haruka said that she was glad to meet Michiru and won't let her go. Michiru: My!
